To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

If you find there is a problem with your order or are unhappy with your jewelry in any way when you receive it please contact us immediately. Do not Bump, drop, wear, corrosion, oxidation or wear the jewelry. Our customer service team will be happy to discuss any issue with you and will be able to replace your jewelry with another one if required. Tidepioneer is responsible for return cost incurred due to any quality-related issues. For reasons determined solely by the customer, or other factors as determined by Tidepioneer, the customer will be responsible for shipping.

We also offer a 30-day money-back guarantee providing the jewelry has not been Bump, drop, wear, corrosion, oxidation or worn. After the 30-day period, please contact our customer service team for solutions.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
